Career Mixer: Where Purpose Meets Opportunity
Why Career Mixer
You already share something powerful: a commitment to developing young talent. Now discover the business opportunities that emerge when purpose-driven professionals connect.
A Celebration of Career Kickstarter Success
We are proud to invite you and your team along to our exclusive, once-a-quarter Career Mixer Networking evenings - a special celebration that marks the culmination of our Career Kickstarter programme for students aged 13-18 years.
Career Kickstarter is a comprehensive 4-session career launchpad that has been made possible this academic year through the incredible generosity of Milton Keynes Community Foundation and their generous fundholders and supporters. Thanks to this funding, we have been able to offer young people in our MK community comprehensive career planning sessions and the essential skills needed to succeed in today's competitive job market.
Career Mixer Networking serves as the finale of this journey - our students' very first introduction to business networking - and our way of saying thank you to all the business professionals and companies who volunteer with Worktree to make this possible.
Quality Connections Meet senior professionals from diverse industries who understand the value of giving back, alongside the young people aged 13-18 we've helped develop through Career Kickstarter. These aren't just networking contacts, they are potential collaborators, clients, strategic partners who share your values, and the future talent you're helping to shape.
Mutual Value Connect with decision-makers who prioritise social values and impact alongside business success, while witnessing firsthand the impact of your contribution as our students practice their newly learned networking skills. Your Worktree involvement isn't just good for your conscience - it's a competitive advantage and an investment in tomorrow's workforce.
