Where do I go? Please report to the School Reception. A School representative will meet you and take you to the venue. Please say you are here for the Worktree event.
Parking: At the mini roundabout on Purbeck, take the first exit left then first right turning into the small car park. If there are no spaces there progress through into the larger two car parks where there is plenty of parking. Mobility parking is in the first small car park.

What time do I need to arrive? Please report to the School Reception 10-15 minutes before the stated start time of the session you have booked in for.

Are there ID or vetting requirements? No, there is no need for ID or vetting because a Worktree facilitator and a school teacher will be present at all times so guests will be supervised. Please ensure that you are never left alone with a student(s).
What can/can't I bring to the event? You don't need to bring anything, just be ready to answer the students' questions honestly. You can bring business cards for networking.
What is the dress code? Your normal every day work wear or smart casual.
What if I can't make it? If you can't make it, please try to find a replacement and contact Bhupinder as soon as possible. If you are running late on the day and cannot get through to a member of the Worktree team, please contact the School Reception on 01908 324422.
Safeguarding – If a student discloses a concern to you please do not ask any questions. Please inform a member of the Worktree team immediately who will take the next course of action.
Photographs - The School and/or Worktree will take photographs during the session dependent upon permissions. These photographs may be used on our website as part of a news story to publicise the event. If you would prefer that we do not use your image, please let the Worktree Team know as soon as possible or on the day at the event. Guests are not permitted to take photographs during the session using their own personal devices. If you would like a photograph to publicise your involvement in Career WorkOut, please speak to the Worktree team before the event.
